We’re excited to announce the launch of the California Statewide Family Engagement Center (CA-SFEC), a transformative initiative designed to bring families, schools, and communities together to support the success of all students in California. We believe that when families are involved in their children’s education, everyone benefits—students perform better, schools become more welcoming, and communities grow stronger. CA-SFEC is committed to empowering families with the resources, training, and support they need to play an active role in their children’s learning journey.

Our vision is simple yet powerful: to create a statewide network that makes family engagement a priority in every school. We’re offering workshops, resources, and training to help families navigate the education system and advocate for their children’s needs. At the same time, we’re supporting educators in building stronger connections with families, making schools more inclusive and collaborative. We’re also partnering with community organizations to create a broader support system that addresses the unique needs of every family, ensuring that no one is left behind.

By breaking down barriers and fostering meaningful connections, CA-SFEC is paving the way for a more equitable education system where every family feels valued, and every child has the opportunity to succeed.
