The Riverside County Office of Education invites families, educators, and community partners to attend the 2026 Family Engagement Conference on Monday, April 13, 2026. The event will bring together parents and education leaders for a day of dialogue, parent-led workshops, and opportunities to strengthen family-school partnerships across Riverside County.
The conference will feature keynote speaker Dr. Shadae Thomas Harris, along with sessions designed to uplift parent voice, share effective engagement practices, and strengthen collaboration between families and schools.
As part of this year’s conference, organizers are also launching Stories from Our Community, an opportunity to highlight real family engagement success stories. Districts and school sites are encouraged to submit one nomination by Friday, March 13, 2026. Selected families will participate in a short interview and be recognized as part of the conference celebration.
